Senior Penetration Tester

Marcus Donald are currently working with a Cyber consultancy who are looking to onboard a Senior Penetration Tester to join their ever-expanding cyber security team.

This is a FULLY REMOTE position for a UK based candidate!

What you’ll do – Senior Penetration Tester

• Carry out research to enhance the security defences
• Producing high standard reports and findings
• Plan, deliver and evaluate comprehensive testing
• Lead junior members of staff
• Handle network penetration tests from client engagement to delivery to reports of findings

What you’ll bring – Senior Penetration Tester 

• Vigorous knowledge on security network devices including firewalls, routers, and switches
• Good knowledge of network protocols and services (OSI model, IP networking, TCP/IP familiarity, HTTP, SMTP).
• Experience of working with the penetration testing frameworks
• Ability to do manual and automated testing
• Any cyber/information security testing certification (e.g. CREST, TIGER, Cyber Scheme, OSCP, SANS, CISSP, GIAC) or equivalent.
• Experience in a consultancy environment

Salary: £60,000 – £75,000
Location – REMOTE
