Senior .Net Developer

Marcus Donald are currently looking for a Senior .Net Developer to join a well-established FinTech. They are adding an exhilarating, innovative and disruptive product to their portfolio in the Insurance market. The candidate would be joining an exciting and motivated team of technologists who are highly skilled across .Net, Opensource and Cloud technologies.

Working as part of an elite, hardworking, close-knit tech team, you will be utilising latest technologies to build an exciting greenfield insurance product with a front-end written entirely in JavaScript/TypeScript and Angular, back end utilising RESTful web services (.NET WebAPI), CQRS, Event Sourcing, MongoDB. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual who lives and breathes code and how it works. Someone who has a genuine passion and love for building great software and constantly improving themselves within building and making the software exceptional.

You will be thoroughly involved from the inception of new ideas right to the finished product, as well as an opportunity to get involved in other projects. 

Essential skills – Senior .Net Developer:

• Full-stack development experience
• Have over 6 years’ experience in developing .NET products
• Experience with REST Web services
• Have experience with modern JS frameworks such as Angular or React
• A strong understanding of SOLID 

Desirable Skills – Senior .Net Developer:

• CI/CD
• NOSQL Databases (Mongo in particular)
• Angular 2+
• Azure
