Technical Architect

We are currently looking for a Technical Architect to work for a market leading business based in London. Our client has revolutionised their technical capacity and have set out a road map to improve their SaaS applications.

The ideal candidate will have experience in high volume distributed systems and understand event driven architecture. The Technical Architect will also have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and good attention to detail.

In addition, you will be leading a team of Developers ensuring the delivery stays true to the stakeholder concept objectives. Also, you will be working alongside the Engineering Manager, Product Manager, BA, Tech Lead and various Developers and Testers.

Essential Skills of the Technical Architect

• A strong understanding of C# to carry out POCs/code reviews
• Experience in Reactive services such as Event sourcing, CQRS, Messaging and DDD
• Be able to carry out Microservices tasks
• Understand design principles such as SOLID and OOP
• Have worked in within a team that uses an Agile Methodology

Desirable Skills of the Technical Architect

• Azure technologies including Azure SQL, CosmosDB, Functions, Azure DevOps
• Optimise database queries and stored procedures
