Marcus Donald are currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst that is based in Central London.
Looking for a new job? Well, here it is, this is amazing opportunity, The office is based in Central London, but for the time being, it is remote work. Potentially moving back into the office (Covid dependent). If you are commutable to London that is perfect.
They are looking for a Service Desk Analyst that can respond and track all incoming calls, emails and IT enquiries to the Service Desk, triaging calls and ensure all relevant information is captured at point of logging. This will require you to resolve incidents at first point of contact, where possible, or accurately assign to other resolver teams where appropriate.
Essential skills – Service Desk Analyst:
- Experience of working to and reporting against SLAs
- Basic knowledge of the ITIL process
- Working knowledge of current versions of MS Office and Microsoft Windows
- An understanding and awareness of ITIL framework and processes
Desired skills – Service Desk Analyst:
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of internal and external contacts
- Certifications in ITIL frameworks
- SDA certified
- Broad technical skills within a Microsoft environment
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
