Description
Marcus Donald is currently looking to source a Service Desk Support Analyst. The role is based in London and there will also be opportunities to work from home at least two to three days per week.
You will respond to, and track all incoming calls, emails and IT enquiries to the Service Desk, triaging calls and ensure all relevant information is captured at point of logging. This will require you to resolve incidents at first point of contact, where possible, or accurately assign to other resolver teams where appropriate.
Due to the urgency here, we are looking to secure the right candidate and tie this up within the next 2 weeks.
Essential Skills – Service Desk Support AnalystÂ
- Experience of working to and reporting against SLAs
- Working knowledge of current versions of MS Office and Microsoft Windows
- An understanding and awareness of ITIL framework and processes
Desirable skills – Service Desk Support Analyst
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of internal and external contacts
- Broad technical skills within a Microsoft environment
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
