Penetration Tester

My Client is looking for someone who is innovative, able to come up with different strategies, think outside the box, have good communications and be able to work well within a team.

Essential skills – Penetration Testers:

• Strong report writing and delivering.
• Experience conducting and scoping Penetration Test projects from initiation to writing the reports.
• 3 years minimum previous experience in Pen testing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science.

Technical skills – Penetration Tester:

• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, C or Go.
• Strong understanding of OWASP, PTES and other penetration testing methodologies.
• Good knowledge of multiple OSs including Windows & Linux.
• Ability to configure network devices, firewalls, IDS/IPS devices and wireless technologies.

Desired skills – Penetration Tester:

• Ideally holding one of the following Certs: OSCP, CRT, CSTM, QSTM, CCT, CSTL, SST.
• Awareness of frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and NIST and how they can be applied effectively within an enterprise.
• Knowledge of cyber-attack techniques, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
