Description
My banking client is a rapidly growing and an exciting company to be a part off. They are offering a full time working in the office situation and are in Central London, looking for a Penetration Tester who will securely protect their data and software. The Penetration Tester they are looking for must be innovative and able to find new ways to test the company’s defenses and finding new weaknesses and exposures and offering new ways in order to fix them.
You will have to be ongoingly up to date with the newest software’s and be able to identify threats and know how to test and resolve any possible breaches. It is crucial that they find a Penetration Tester that is the best and will ensure the safety of the company’s data.
Key Responsibilities – Penetration Tester
- Writing reports and submitting technical findings to superiors
- Determine the most efficient ways to tackle and secure breaches in systems providing suitable solutions
- Have strong analytical skills, ability to understand problem domain and express complexity in clear terms both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Technical Skills – Penetration Tester
- Understanding programming language including Python, Ruby, PHP, C, C# and Java
- High understanding of different software’s such as Microsoft, office 365 and Windows.
- Comprehensive experience using SIEM tooling operation or administration (e.g. Splunk, ELK Stack, QRadar)Â
- PCAP analysis, including extracting files and content from PCAPs, identifying gzipped content, and base64 detectionÂ
- Have skills ans experience in project management
Essential Skills – Penetration Tester
- Ability to read raw data
- Be innovative
- Ability to program or script
- Experience with vulnerability management skills
- Have a high attention to detail and be able to spot problems
Desired Skills – Penetration Skills
- Previous Penetration Testing experience
- Experience of implementation of cloud-based security monitoring skills
- Understanding of network protocols and common vulnerabilities associated with them
