Description
Delivery Co-Ordinator
A charity is looking for a Delivery Co-Ordinator to join the fold in aid of up and coming projects assisting with the creation and completion of project documentation providing admin support.
This individual will be working closely with the delivery management team to prepare detailed action plans.
Other than this you will be collecting and reporting on information that can help the delivery of projects in both the business's functional side as well as the technology department.
Responsibilities of the Delivery Co-Ordinator:
- Act as the central point of contact for delivery management with the rest of the business
- Assist in preparation of agendas, taking notes in project meetings and ensuring minutes are produced
- Management of central mailboxes
- Report building
- Reporting to management in the event of any bad practice seen through the teams worked with
- Work with leadership to promote standards
Key Skills for the Delivery Co-Ordinator:
- Customer Service focussed
- Ability to provide an effective and efficient administrative service
- Proven project co-ordination experience
- Background as a Project Co-ordinator or Administrator
- Understanding of project delivery within a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgement and assertiveness
- Ability to plan, prioritise and respond flexibly to changing demands
- Self-motivated and good organisational skills
- IT literate with knowledge of the Microsoft Office and Sharepoint
