We are currently looking for a Graduate Developer to work for one of London’s leading Global Consulting companies. You will be working for a specialist consultancy who provide services to the Wealth Management, Asset Management, and the Insurance Industry. This boutique management consulting company have has worked with 21 of the world’s largest 25 global investment management firms.

As a Graduate Developer, you will be involved in building, designing and the development of all company related products.

Utilising some of the latest technologies, you will be working alongside a specialist development team on a wide range of innovative products, developing new features and evolving the existing code base. Our client provides excellent support for Graduate Developers and offer various resources and courses to help upskill and improve your technical ability.

Essential Skills of a Graduate Developer

• Strong Programming/ Coding ability – good understanding and academic knowledge
• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and operating system fundamentals
• Good understanding of relational database design and normalization
• An analytical and creative approach to problem solving.
• Understanding of Software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
