Marcus Donald People are seeking an experienced  Infrastructure Project Manager.

 
Location: Fully Remote

Salary: up to £60,000 pa
       
You will be responsible for the full life cycle of the delivery of projects and activities.

You will be working with business stakeholders and sponsors, ensuring communications remain timely and relevant.

Monitoring and reporting on all financial management activities, from the cost to achieve the outcomes, through to the benefits realized. Ensuring all standards are followed, and policy, processes and meet requirements through an ITIL framework.

 

Duties, Responsibilities & Skills required:

  • Lead IT Infrastructure projects to support new business outcomes.
  • Leads the delivery of IT infrastructure consolidation projects to support an integrated IT delivery model.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of an integrated technology roadmap.
  • Leads the development of the overall approach for the program, its major time frames, and the definition of its major deliverables to address and meet the desired goals and outcomes.
  • Partners with the executive sponsor to communicate goals, objectives, and potential outcomes.
  • Directs the creation and maintenance of the required program documentation.
  • Develops and controls the program budget and manages expenditure within agreed spending plans.
  • Leads the development and maintenance of stakeholder mapping, communications, and reporting.
  • Leads the projects’ execution, their progress compared with the plan, and the production of agreed deliverables.
  • Drive behaviors and culture to make the Service Delivery function is the single source of service delivery for the company.
  • Develops an effective and workable ITIL framework for managing and improving the transition of services supporting the organization.
  • Building and developing relationships with all group suppliers to provide an exceptional service to our customers.
  • Improving Customer Experience
  • Relevant service and project management certifications, e.g. ITIL Foundation, Prince2 or APMP, Agile
  • Experience with at least one project/program management methodology, such as Prince2, Agile or Managing Successful Programmes
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and execution skills
  • Experience in managing large complex deliveries in one or more IT categories, including hardware, software, service, and communication.
