DevOps Engineer (Azure)

A Government client in Canary Wharf is looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join the team.

This individual will have a love for DevOps and have the opportunity to further develop their technical knowledge as the technical environment evolves. This role will have a heavy focus on Azure offerings particularly AKS and Azure DevOps as well as Terraform.

There is a long list of projects available so this assignment should have a significant amount of longevity providing plenty of growth and learning.

Essential skills for the DevOps Engineer:

• CI/CD with Azure DevOps and YAML
• AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
• Kubernetes Certified
• Experience with building and managing Terraform (especially in Azure)
• Experience with containerisation tools (especially Docker)
• A background in software development and experience with networking is desirable but by no means essential
