Marcus Donald are currently seeking a Project Manager to join a financial services organization based in the city of London. The successful candidate will have experience managing multiple projects at any one time.

The client is currently expanding their IT platforms internationally and are looking for a candidate with technical knowledge and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-scale IT projects across EMEA.

Key responsibilities for Project Manager:

• Manage multiple projects and programs ranging from design and development to production
• Work alongside Project Engineers to form project plans while defining project requirements and planning project lifecycle department
• Define resources and schedule for project/program implementation
• Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning;
• Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals and milestones
• Demonstrate strong organisational, presentation, and customer service skills;
• To manage and schedule engineering resource to ensure successful project implementation;
• Ensure that all projects have a risk register, issues log assigned, populated and kept current throughout the lifetime of a project;

Desirable skill for Project Manager:

• Understanding of underlying IT solutions such as cloud, virtualisation and networking;
• Formal project management certification (PMP/Prince2 or similar)
