Description
CRM Functional Consultant
Marcus Donald are currently recruiting for a CRM Functional Consultant to join a client in the Education sector in Central London, as a CRM Functional Consultant you will be involved identifying opportunities and deliver continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities (CRM Functional Consultant):
- Ensure service levels are at or above SLA for 2nd & 3rd line support
- Work collaboratively with our partners for development support delivery
- Identify opportunities and deliver continuous improvement work e.g. proactive automated monitoring tools, archiving implementations, performance improvements, changes to enable best practice usage of our SAP system, test automation
- On projects and changes, understand the City & Guilds Group business requirements, configure the SAP solution, demonstrate the changes through playback to customer, and assist the super users in testing the solution
- Mentor junior consultants
- Work with Development project teams with accountability for the smooth transition of changes to production
- Participate in update training and events to share expertise and skills with other consultants and gain skills from others
- Provide clear and timely status reports to ensure manager is appraised of deliverables status
- Working across a mix of complex parallel developments
- Working across a mix of technology platforms and environments with a personal track record of delivering solutions in partnership with a range of business and technical owners
Knowledge and skills
- Expert in the functional development, configuration and Technical development of SAP CRM
- Understanding of ITIL and of current IT development methodologies
- Strong industry knowledge of SAP processes & best practices
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate and provide clear, concise guidance on functionality, risks, issues and benefits with a confident and professional manner and be able to play back the solution to stakeholders.
- An ability to work both independently and as part of a team within tight and challenging time-frames

We would love you to have…
- Experience in a range of SAP platforms from CRM, ISA V4, SAP Core and Portal platforms
- Understanding of business process and change management methodologies
- Understanding of business process and functions in the following areas:
- CRM
- Activity Management
- Campaign Management
- Service Management
- Order to Cash
- Management Reporting
