Marcus Donald are currently looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to work within an education provider client based in the City of London. We are looking for a confident IT Support engineer with strong 1st and 2nd line support experience. The perfect candidate will have a very strong personality and the ability to work well independently.
Key Skills required for IT Service Desk Analyst:
- Windows 10
- MS Office / 365
- Dealing with calls across all clients
- Troubleshooting
- Remote Support
- Installing and configuration
