Marcus Donald are currently looking for an Application Support Engineer to join a global marketing and advertising organisation in West London. 

You will be responsible for managing and resolving issues & queries arisen from the daily operation flow within the client's platform that consist of various in-house developed applications. 

Key skills required for Application Support Engineer: 

• Working knowledge of SQL Databases (MySQL preferred) & basic network configuration
• Working knowledge of Linux 
• Working Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software
• Ability to learn and master employer-specific software

Responsibilities for Application Support Engineer: 

• Identifying and resolving issues from end users related to in-house developed application
• Possessing knowledge of SQL databases and cloud-hosted software
• Assisting with systems integrations
• Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules of in-house developed application
• Maintaining and updating technical documents, procedures & runbooks
• Managing coordination with counterparts from other countries (India and China) 
• Delivering regular and customised training to teams within the business
• Developing reports for teams across the business
• Coordinate product feedback and communicate any training requirements to Account team
