IT Service Desk Analyst
Marcus Donald are currently looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their team in Bank, London.
You will be responsible for providing support remotely, over the phone and face to face to 120 users.
We are looking for a motivated individual who is seeking a junior position within IT. This person will need to have good communication skills and be able to work directly with both users and system/service suppliers.
Key Skills required for IT Service Desk Analyst:
- Microsoft Office 365 including (but not essential) macros and VBA
- Windows Active Directory, User Management and Group Policy (basic knowledge)
- Hardware knowledge – Network, Desktops, Servers, Printers and MFD
- Ability to provide face to face and remote support
Responsibilities required for IT Service Desk Analyst:
- Monitor, manage and resolve incidents reported to the helpdesk.
- Assist with daily and occasional evening technical procedures and problem management
- User desktop workstation support including Windows and MS Office
- Banking application support
- Assist with project work assigned by Head of IT and IT Steering Committee.
- Working within an ITIL framework and best practices environment
