Marcus Donald are currently seeking an Infrastructure Team Lead to join a nationally recognized organisation based in Paddington. In this position, you will be leading a team of skilled Engineers to deliver high quality maintenance and projects aligned with company requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong Infrastructure background with extensive Infrastructure change management experience and people management skills. 

Key Responsibilities for the Infrastructure Team Lead

• Manage the 3rd line team to monitor and maintain the on premise and cloud-based Infrastructure
• Liaise with 3rd party suppliers and product owners to allow for continuous Infrastructure services
• Creating and building relationships within cross functional departments within the wider organsiation
• Manage and administrate operational support / support teams for company IT Infrastructure
• Manage incidents and requires within agreed SLA’s
• Provide first point of contact of escalation for the Service Delivery issues
• Provide support to large 24x7 operations
• Deliver Infrastructure services / change within a fast-paced environment
• Work with the Head of IT Operations to deliver architecture / design consulting for future projects (move to the cloud)
• Work with Security teams to ensure Information Security threats are prevented
