Marcus Donald are currently seeking a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join an Investment Bank based in North London. The 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for working on a number of projects as well as BAU tasks. You will be working in a team of 4 whilst reporting to the Infrastructure Operations Manager.

• Office 365
• SCCM
• SQL
• Windows 7-10
• Skype for Business
• Windows Server (2008/2012)

Responsibilities for the 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer 

• Maintaining the on-premise infrastructure
• Acting as the ticket escalation point
• Database Management Systems
• Assisting with Networks in the DR centre
• Working on upgrades of legacy infrastructure systems
