Marcus Donald are looking for a Business Analyst to join a large Education company based in North London.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on some exciting new projects, delivering structured benefits driven analysis through a formal requirements elicitation and documentation process. In addition to displaying your extensive stakeholder management skills and managing teams project delivery through the full SDLC.

Essential skills for this Business Analyst:

• Stakeholder management
• Delivery change
• Deployment background experience
• Identifying, managing and communicating project risks and issues
• Creating business requirements documents using industry standard methods
• Competent in evaluating and identifying new software solutions.
• Comfortable presenting at conference/onsite
• Project management experience (desirable)

Responsibilities for this Business Analyst:

• Driving collaboration across business and IT delivery teams
• Awareness of Security policies, PCI Compliance and Data Protection
• Developing and maintaining requirements documentation standards.
• Facilitating workshops between stakeholder groups and technical teams
• Working as a key member of the SCRUM team throughout sprints
• Supporting system testing
