Digital Workplace Manager 

Marcus Donald are currently seeking a Digital Workplace Manager to join one of our clients within the Energy Sector, as a Digital Workplace Manager you will be leading the next generation of workplace experience across the board to maximize employee experience and drive employee satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • Drive growth of workplace activities through identifying opportunities including participation in deployment of workplace solutions and projects.
  • Design and implement innovative, employee-centric practices, enabling an environment and work-place culture geared towards greater success.
  • Establish workplace personas to design and implement employee-centric practices to drive effortless employee experiences.
  • Accountable for the workplace strategy and employee experience based on technology, data analytics and user experience to produce a workplace strategy for the client.
  • Become the reference point and subject matter expert for all Workplace Topics (incl. Workplace Technology).
  • Establish automated and orchestrated processes, modernised desktop management, and identity lifecycle optimisation.

Key Deliverables

  • Produce workplace strategy for the client.
  • Establish key principles and policies around the workplace (eg, use of toolsets, software catalogue, for specific activities etc).
  • Architecting cloud-based co-management solutions of end user compute devices.
  • Modernising software packaging and deployment for traditional and modern managed desktop and mobile devices.
  • Work with IT Security to define modern identify lifecycle strategy tied to new user experience.
  • Responsible for the configuration, management, and administration of the client’s electronic collaboration platforms, endpoints, and mobile devices.
