Description
Programme Manager
Marcus Donald are now looking for a CA Programme Manager to join an Oil & Energy company in Canary Wharf.
In this role you will be responsible for acting as Competent Authority for implementing Regulations for Operators of Essential Services, to improve security and resilience in the Downstream Gas and Electricity sector as well as ensuring that the business maintains appropriate levels of security, privacy and resilience to protect; people, data, operations and facilities from harm.
Key Skills as a Programme Manager
- SC Cleared (or has the ability to be)
- 5 years+ in senior relationship management.
- 3 year experience working in project or programme management
- Status Reporting
- Experience in working within technology, advisory or Consultancy Company
- Stakeholder Management
Desirable Skills as a Programme Manager
- Qualified with APM (PMQ), MSP, Agile, Prince2 or equivalentÂ
- Experience of managing compliance or auditing activities.
- Knowledge of information or cyber security standards e.g. ISO27001, and/or NIST framework.
Key Responsibilities as a Programme Manager
- Build and maintain the companies interface to the OES Cyber community
- Establish and execute governance mechanisms
- Maintain all external communication – website and published documents
- Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly project and programme reporting for performance, risks and issues to senior management
- Develop and manage programme and project plans
- Project managing, planning and support prioritising CA programme activities
- Maintain advisory, audit and inspection schedule
- Ensure outputs and decisions from key CA related meetings are accurately captured
- Manage and quality approve general mass communication
- Organise and manage individual clinics and group workshops/events
- Liaise with other departments, as well as external entities
