IT Manager 

Marcus Donald are currently looking for an IT Manager to join a vibrant and growing charity in Lambeth. 

You will be responsible for running the day to day operations of the Charity's Information and Telephony Systems. You will have overall responsibility for the leadership, management and security of IT for the charity, providing high quality support to 200 users.  

Key skills required for IT Manager: 

• Windows 10 
• Exchange and Office 365 
• Citrix XenDesktop 
• VMWare and Hyper-V 
• VIOP using Avaya IP office 
• MPLS Network 

Responsibilities required IT Manager: 

• Strong desktop Support experience 
• Identify software and infrastructure solutions to meet changing user’s needs, and define requirements 
• Devise and implement maintenance and support schedules for applications, databases and infrastructure 
• Review the operations of network, hosting and systems suppliers to ensure that they meet obligations 
• Able to translate business needs into application requirements 
• Experience managing a hybrid environment featuring IaaS; Virtual and on-premise environment
