Marcus Donald are currently looking for a Business Analyst with strong practical experience of analysis, requirement gathering and documentation to join a financial client's Ops Business Analytics team in Moorgate.

The Ops Business Analytics team is responsible for developing and implementing a robust and compliant governance of key settings to maximise revenue. 

Role description for Business Analyst: 

• Oversee the communications and change journey management for the deliverable required to sustain the analytics capabilities. 
• Review and validate the current logic and coding within the system. 
• Generate reports for data analysis and act as a subject matter expert 
• Provide support and QA and work closely with developers and interact in between various departments both during the project implementation as well as post-production. 

Requirements for Business Analyst:  

• 5 years ‘experience as a BA in the financial/trading industry 
• Advanced SQL coding & Excel 
• Microsoft Power BI 
• Excellent understanding in trading and brokerage lifecycle and environment 
• Good understanding of CFD/ Spread bet retail brokerage and leverage trading
