.NET Lead

Marcus Donald is looking for a .NET Lead to join a large industrial firm that’s based in USA, to join their UK team.

* Initial 6-month contract (rolling) - Inside IR35 - £450-550 per day*
**Fully remote/Home based**

Reporting into the Head of Development you’ll be primarily responsible for leading a team of .NET developers across their platforms, working with other team members across the wider Product/Development teams including their Product Owners, Business Analysts and QA to support the team in their work.

.NET Lead - Responsibilities:

• Write clean, reusable .NET code including managing source control
• Perform technical analysis of issues/request for change alongside the Business Analysts
• Work with the team on high-level estimation of all work items
• Work closely with other members of the development team to prioritise key work items as required

.NET Lead - Skills:

• 3+ years’ work experience in a .NET Lead role
• Writing good quality .NET code
• Identifying appropriate technologies to use on projects
• Strong proficiency in T-SQL with solid experience in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts.
• Designing solutions using the most appropriate cloud-based services (AWS etc.) and cloud-based patterns
• Demonstrates an analytical and systematic approach to problem solving

This really is a great company with multiple high level and experienced contractors in place, that have been with the business for a long time (in rolling contractors) therefore, there is a lot of future potential for a long-term contract for the right person.
